While I was greeted and what I came in for was done (which was a very basic service) I felt like it took too long. In fact, it was an hour longer than promised. In addition, they could not locate my ve (which was a very basic service) I felt like it took too long. In fact, it was an hour longer than promised. In addition, they could not locate my vehicle. This was my first ever visit for service to Acura of Pembroke Pines and it was not a good first impression. Additionally the coffee maker was less than mediocre in my opinion. Other luxury branded dealerships have at least that minor client experience offering covered. More
