The sales rep Tatiana was very helpful and they have a good supply of vehicles. However they added a service that I did not want or request. Something called ETCH which was added to the sales contract wi good supply of vehicles. However they added a service that I did not want or request. Something called ETCH which was added to the sales contract without any explanation. It was a sneaky move that I’m not happy about. This is an issue with the finance guys. Buyer beware. More

I ordered an Integra Type S pre ordered directly from Acura. I chose to have it delivered with Acura of Pembroke pines because I heard good things. Purchasing process was great and all. Only con was that when we received the car it had a problem with the hood sensor as well as the idle stop wouldn’t work. Car was brand new 2024 and had these issues which was a little concerning. Not to mention, dealership had no loaners so I have to be without a car for a whole day due to their fault. More
