The managers and service writers are extremely pleasant. I was in and out with a loaner thinking I would be in it for a couple of days, and to my surprise they called me a few hours later that my car was re I was in and out with a loaner thinking I would be in it for a couple of days, and to my surprise they called me a few hours later that my car was ready for me. Best service I’ve ever experienced with an auto service department. Rayon is the best! More

Jean-Louis provided very good communication throughout the process — and he was always available by phone whenever I had a question. We were in for an Acura Factory Recall, and we dropped off our car a the process — and he was always available by phone whenever I had a question. We were in for an Acura Factory Recall, and we dropped off our car about 10:15 AM and the car was ready to go on the same day around 3:15 PM — pretty much just like Jean-Louis had projected. All in all a very good experience! More

Buying the car was easy, follow up non existent. Did not receive extra key , was told they had to pick up and would be there next day. Went back 2 days later and was told lady where key was supposed Did not receive extra key , was told they had to pick up and would be there next day. Went back 2 days later and was told lady where key was supposed to be could not find, was told there were a thousand keys to go through. Went to Toyota dealer to get spare key, 3 hours and 350dollars later have key. More
