Jean, the service advisor who assisted me is excellent. He explains everything thoroughly and is friendly and courteous. The service associates are also very good. I've been having my car serviced at Acura of PP for a few years now and generally have been satisfied with their service, until my last visit. Stopped by for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I was o years now and generally have been satisfied with their service, until my last visit. Stopped by for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Acura advisor Jean Louis suggested that he emails the paperwork after, since it was getting late. I agreed since I'd done this before with him. A few days later, I emailed to remind him about the paperwork. I got no response, so I followed up about a week later. Haven't heard back, so I left a voicemail a couple of days ago. Still waiting to hear back. This is just unacceptable, definitely avoiding this advisor and will think twice before brining my car in for service. More
