This was my first time in an Acura dealership and Karl Reed assisted me. Hands down of the the best dealers I have come across. He was very personable, not pushy and very pleasant. I was highly disappointed that after 4 years both side mirrors aren’t retracting and to add insult to injury, the extended warranty which was purchased at the dealer doesn’t cover the repair of these esse mirrors aren’t retracting and to add insult to injury, the extended warranty which was purchased at the dealer doesn’t cover the repair of these essential safety items. Furthermore I was charged $190 for a simple diagnostic that doesn’t warrant any specialized equipment. More
