Excellent service and follow up. Neville kept us informed of the progress on our vehicle while it was in the shop. He also went above and beyond to respond to our call after we received our car back and foun of the progress on our vehicle while it was in the shop. He also went above and beyond to respond to our call after we received our car back and found that the rear emblem was missing. Apparently it had come off during the car wash. He advised he would check and call back. They found it but unfortunately it was broken and a new one would need to be ordered. He arranged this and advised that the part would be available next week and we would need to bring in the car for installation. More
