Unfortunately my experience at this dealership was the worst experience I have had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. While my initial interaction with Jorge Ramirez and his manager Scott Ticker was positive, worst experience I have had purchasing/leasing a vehicle. While my initial interaction with Jorge Ramirez and his manager Scott Ticker was positive, and based on this interaction and the offer that was made we chose to return the following day to lease the vehicle, however upon my return the experience quickly went down hill. Scott was not working that day, however Jorge was present for my conversation with Scott the day prior and therefore I anticipated the process would have been straightforward. It was anything but. In the past I have felt my sales agent to be an advocate and in this experience I found myself renegotiating on terms that were clearly discussed the day prior. When sitting down with the finance agent, Joe, everything was an issue from the simple misspelling of my name on the contract to having all the wrong pricing on the contract resulting in a monthly payment significantly higher than what had been agreed upon. We had clearly discussed and agreed on covering service for the 3 years of the lease which I have had on prior leases without issue and yet this also became a complicated issue. While I did not meet the manager that night, Sam Nelson, he was called each time to address the issues that came up with Joe by phone on speaker and he was extremely rude and condescending acting as though I was the one trying to add on things that again were clearly discussed prior. I left there feeling frustrated and quite frankly exploited. Unfortunately I have to return there for my services which I am anticipating there will be issues with given the roundabout manner they addressed the coverage of my service. I truly have not had an experience like this in the past, walking away regretting having made a lease agreement with this dealership. More

All of the employees are very professional. They are friendly and helpful.
