I had an appointment at 8 a.m. just for oil change. I was taken in on time. Told service rep that I was going to breakfast to call when it was done. Around 9 am no call. Come 9:30 no call. Come 10 no c was taken in on time. Told service rep that I was going to breakfast to call when it was done. Around 9 am no call. Come 9:30 no call. Come 10 no call so I called left message on rep phone around 10:15 but no return call so called again. Rep said he was not in office he was in parts he would check. Come 10:30 no call so we headed back. He was in the office and said it just got done, however no car wash yet. He said because I was not waiting they did not do me first. That is wrong, I said I was only going to breakfast. I made an appointment. So why would I not want my car done as quickly as possible. By 11 was gone finally. I feel 3 hours to do an oil change when is ridiculous. With the covid you would think they would want me not in the lobby so why was I punished and my appointment pushed back. More
