Pembroke Pines Acura Dealer Review I dealt with Jordan Ferber exclusively. I spoke with him on the phone prior to arrival to ask if it would be possible for service to be done to my car I dealt with Jordan Ferber exclusively. I spoke with him on the phone prior to arrival to ask if it would be possible for service to be done to my car even though closing time was approaching and he told me to bring it in and they would do it. Upon arrival he greeted me and assisted me with making sure all the correct service was done and explained future service recommendations for my car. Acura Battery Replacement The personnel are attentive and the overall service was done quickly. My only concern is NOT with the people or service, but with Acura-brand batteri The personnel are attentive and the overall service was done quickly. My only concern is NOT with the people or service, but with Acura-brand batteries that have been installed in my 2015 MDX, The battery has been replaced FOUR times. They have lasted only 14 to 16 months and then need replacing. I do not over stress the electrical system and the system has checked out fine. The battery in other cars I've owned have lasted 5 or more years. More
