My Temporary Tag was Taken The dealership mis handled my temporary tag when they put my permanent plate on my car. My old temp tag was taken and used on another vehicle so I was getting bills in the mail from FDOT and Sun Pass for tolls that was not my car. Its like someone stealing your identity. I am still fighting this with FDOT. When I called the dealership all I got for an explanation was. Oh temp tags are easy to forge. Funny it started happening right after I returned it. As a side note, my salesperson was great but the chain of custody with the tag was poor and mishandled. More
