Customer service is good, but having to take my car in for service TWICE for the same noise is a little annoying. What’s more annoying is when I just got my car back from service to fix a noise for the se for service TWICE for the same noise is a little annoying. What’s more annoying is when I just got my car back from service to fix a noise for the second time (first time was a strut, still heard the noise so I took it in a second time and I STILL hear the noise after it was the “steering rack”) and the noise is still there. I shouldn’t have to take my car in 3 times to fix a noise. Service manager, Jordan, was helpful and gave me a loaner when I needed it and kept me updated on the progress of my car. You would think that a dealership full of Acura mechanics would be able to fix a problem on an Acura the first time. More

I was promised by Dino at the time of purchase that he would fix a dent on a certified pre-owned vehicle and it was never done correctly. Now he refuses to fix it.
