This was my second time seeing a car at Acura of Berlin-first a few years ago. One thing I remembered was the man who came out to greet us and talk about the car. On the way to the dealership this past weekend, I said to my husband, “I wonder if the same guy is there, he was great!”. Sure enough, he greeted us in the lot and I was so happy! I made it very clear that I knew what I was looking for, knew what I wanted, and did not want to work with anyone pushy. From that exact moment, Jim understood and respected all of that. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot to the moment I drove off with my car-he was amazing!
