Ask for FAST FREDDY I needed to find an used car for practical business purposes. They used great advertising and initial pricing to have gotten my attention. After talking to Fred Peralta on the phone and meeting him in person, I was confident that a deal was going to be made in a timely manner. He was honest and courteous and I'm very happy with the used vehicle I purchased. They offer some great hospitality and the staff is friendly at every encounter. I would recommend Fred and this Acura dealership to anyone who is trying to avoid the stereotypical car buying process. Ask for Fred Peralta and see how easy car buying can be. I should also point out that the service staff is most skilled and polite. Mike King could time out of his schedule to better explain and teach me about a few points on my vehicle that I couldn't find through google search. Salesman: Fred Peralta My wife and I were understandably apprehensive about shopping for a new car, but after visiting four other dealers in the Sun City area (Toyota, Lexus My wife and I were understandably apprehensive about shopping for a new car, but after visiting four other dealers in the Sun City area (Toyota, Lexus, Honda & Ford), this series of encounters with Acura of Peoria was by far our best experience. Fred was extremely knowledgable and best of all, not pushy. His boss, Paul Brown, was also very cooperative and pleasant to work with. This dealership knows how to work with the public and knows how to deal with a customer's apprehensions. I would definitely recommend Fred and this dealership to experienced car buyers. The follow-on catered diner session allowed ample opportunity to ask questions, and the multitude of prizes given out was a real bonus. After the purchase, had a very negative phone call from Peoria of North Scottsdale; the salesman who called me attempted to punish me for not giving them my business - definitely not a good representative for Acura and a dealership to avoid. We had been shopping for quite some time, even out of state, for this partic Fred Peralta went "above & beyond" in an effort to sell us the 2012 MDX. We had been shopping for quite some time, even out of state, for this particular MDX. It took almost month of talking to Fred before we finally closed the sale. He never gave up but not intrusive. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in learning the operation of the car. It was one of my more enjoyable purchases of a car in almost 50 years. Good people! More

I am not a Car Dealer person and I am si use to my father being around or pointing me to a sales person that will not beat around the bush and and say things that i do not understand. So when Sara approach us she said something and I quickly told her that I am very basic I do not speak dealer language and that she has to keep it in a language that I understand. So we laughed about and and I told her what I like and she pointed us in the right direction. Sara is very knowledgeable about the car and showed us so much that when we got home we were able to figure it out with out bugging her so much. Thank you SARA. Everything is Awesome.
