Ron and I stopped to look at a Comero convertible viewable from the road. Eileen came out as we were looking at it and we told her we were actually looking for a Solara. In the meantime she informed us that a BMW convertible had just come into the lot and had not yet been priced but offerred to show us. She suggested a test drive and we were hooked! Loved it! Eileen was not pushy about trying to make a sale but just gave us lots of information. They did their best to make it affordable for us! So glad Eileen was aware of all their inventory!!! I went into Acura Peoria to check out the TSX Sports Wagon. I was immediately approached by Fred Peralta. He was there to answer all my questions in a very casual (no pressure) way. He took me for a test drive and introduced me to Ben Quail. They both said they were at my service and they would do whatever they could to make a deal. This is typical talk when you go to look at a car, but what was atypical was the fact that they actually meant it. I told them I planned to wait probably a year and that I was just there to check out the vehicle so that I could start planning. I told them frankly that I dread the games that are played when purchasing a new car. Ben and Fred promised me they were different. They asked some quick specific questions and said they would email me over some numbers. The email was there when I got home and the numbers were enticing for the car I thought I'd have to wait a year for. I responded and they were very receptive to my wants and needs. I have purchased eight new cars in my life and this was by far the easiest transaction EVER! They gave me a great price on the new car and an amazing trade credit on my 7 year old Acura. Fred was exceptionally accommodating! Many thanks to him and Ben also. This was a totally different buying experience! More

I return to this dealership and rated my experience so high because of Doug and the treatment I receive!! While going through the car-puchasing process, he made me feel like my purchase was most important to him and worked with me one-on-one during each and every step. Being a single female, purchasing a car can be rather intimidating and stressful.....NOT WITH DOUG. He is sensitive, informative, and has a "gift" for being an outstanding salesperson!!! We bought a TSX in July 2008 from Acura of Peoria and we were so disgusted with the service that we vowed to never return. Since then we have only done business with Arrowhead Honda (for two new car purchas were so disgusted with the service that we vowed to never return. Since then we have only done business with Arrowhead Honda (for two new car purchases) and that's where we have referred all of our friends and family to over the years (for three more new car purchases). We received a call sometime in November from Doug asking us about our TSX (not knowing that we had traded it in a few years before) and inviting us to the tent sale. My husband and I were not in the market for a new car and definately did not want to return to Acura of Peoria. Doug was persistant and offered to provide us with better service than we had received before. We decided to give Doug a chance because we loved our TSX and if the price was right we were willing to trade in our car. We have a special needs child that is two years old and his medical care is roughly 100k per month so as you can assume, we do not have the extra money in our budget for more than the car payment that we already had on our existing car. My husband went to the dealership sometime before Christmas and wasn't satisfied with the car that was offered to us or any other car for that matter. We had to trade in our car and with the nagtive equity we needed a used car that was taken in for a low price. We thought that was the end of the road for us; however, Doug maintained communication with us and would send us information on new cars that he thought we would be interested in. A few cars came and went and we still weren't set on anything. Any other salesman, in our experience, would have dropped the ball and let us move on our way, but not Doug. My husband received an e-mail last week from Doug with a TSX that was just traded in and he thought we would really like that. Doug knew our expectations for monthly payment and we didn't want to waste our time on something that wasn't feasible. We went on Saturday to look at the car and talk numbers and we left with the expectation that Doug would run more numbers and get back to us on Monday. We were able to work on the deal so that the car would be a good fit for our family and we left Monday night with a nice TSX. Over a term of 5 months Doug has been a loyal and trustworthy sales person. He has changed our perception of Acura of Peoria and that speaks volumes of his customer service skills. His dedication is truly impressive and I couldn't be happier with our transaction. I hope your dealership keeps more people like Doug around because he is making lasting relationships with your customers for years to come. More

So we went to Acura of Peoria and was treated with the utmost kindness from the time my husband spoke to Aaron (our sales person) all the way through to the end of signing for the vehicle.
