We were unable to make a decision on the first day, but made himself available and was very responsive to our questions as well as accommodating our hectic schedules. I went through finance with Cody Jeffers who was also great, answered all my questions efficiently and was very knowledgeable. We bought a TSX in July 2008 from Acura of Peoria and we were so disgusted with the service that we vowed to never return. Since then we have only done business with Arrowhead Honda (for two new car purchas were so disgusted with the service that we vowed to never return. Since then we have only done business with Arrowhead Honda (for two new car purchases) and that's where we have referred all of our friends and family to over the years (for three more new car purchases). We received a call sometime in November from Doug asking us about our TSX (not knowing that we had traded it in a few years before) and inviting us to the tent sale. My husband and I were not in the market for a new car and definately did not want to return to Acura of Peoria. Doug was persistant and offered to provide us with better service than we had received before. We decided to give Doug a chance because we loved our TSX and if the price was right we were willing to trade in our car. We have a special needs child that is two years old and his medical care is roughly 100k per month so as you can assume, we do not have the extra money in our budget for more than the car payment that we already had on our existing car. My husband went to the dealership sometime before Christmas and wasn't satisfied with the car that was offered to us or any other car for that matter. We had to trade in our car and with the nagtive equity we needed a used car that was taken in for a low price. We thought that was the end of the road for us; however, Doug maintained communication with us and would send us information on new cars that he thought we would be interested in. A few cars came and went and we still weren't set on anything. Any other salesman, in our experience, would have dropped the ball and let us move on our way, but not Doug. My husband received an e-mail last week from Doug with a TSX that was just traded in and he thought we would really like that. Doug knew our expectations for monthly payment and we didn't want to waste our time on something that wasn't feasible. We went on Saturday to look at the car and talk numbers and we left with the expectation that Doug would run more numbers and get back to us on Monday. We were able to work on the deal so that the car would be a good fit for our family and we left Monday night with a nice TSX. Over a term of 5 months Doug has been a loyal and trustworthy sales person. He has changed our perception of Acura of Peoria and that speaks volumes of his customer service skills. His dedication is truly impressive and I couldn't be happier with our transaction. My wife and I had been looking for a used car for weeks and finally found a great deal listed online with Acura of Peoria. After taking the car out for a test drive with Glenn Dobson, who was a pleasure t and finally found a great deal listed online with Acura of Peoria. We found out there had been a listing mistake on the car but Acura of Peoria honored the listing price. The only drawback was the time it took to finish all the paperwork was a bit too long. Driving home we noticed the tint on the driver door window was damaged while the car was being cleaned. We called the dealership and after a few calls they did agree to fix the issue and even gave us a loaner car, which was a plus. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and would recommend doing business with Acura of Peoria. More

Acura of Peoria had several used TL's we were interested in. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Aaron Seabaugh and Darren Maus. While going for a test drive, Aaron diligently pointed out the features of the TL. Upon our return, we decided to look at several of the used 2012 TL's. We found a beautiful silver TL and after driving it decided this would be the car we would like to own. Once inside the dealership, we explained we had done our homework, had a price we were willing to pay, and what we expected for our trade. We were pleasently surprised when the numbers came back and we were very close. Within minutes of speaking with Paul the sales manager, we agreed on the price. We appreciated the no nonsense approach and that they listened to us and did not treat us as if we knew nothing about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We were then introduced to Steven Clark the finance manager. He meticulously explained the warranties and various service packages available. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and polite. Including two test dirves, the entire process took about 4 hours. During the process we also discovered this was Aaron's first sale. It was a pleasure doing business with someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about their industry. Cudos to Aaron and all the staff.
