Acura of Peoria responded

This guy is upset because he purchased a 2008 TL and really wants a 2009 TL. He has been in touch with Acura and they dont want anything to do with him. All of the other dealers in the valley want nothing to do with him. Even the Acura Factory representative wants nothing to with him. The reason his car was at the dealership so long was because he would not return the General Managers phone calls. Then he brings the loaner car that was provided to him back with damaged wheels on it. This guy even came in said there was a problem with his car and the service advisor asked him to show him the problem and he couldn't. There is nothing wrong with the car he just wants to complain and try to get Acura to get him a new 2009 TL and they told him no!!!
