Mike was informative, very knowledgeable and never pushy. When we got back to the dealership he let my wife and I think about the purchase and make our own decision with no pressure. The negotiation went smoothly as well, we received an additional discount on top of the already discounted internet price. They sold many cars that day, and I’m not surprised considering the excellent service. Since the Finance office was backed up, Mike suggested to go eat and come back later. Everything was ready by the time we got back. We love the car and we loved the whole experience thanks to Mike! They also offer free car wash for any cars purchased there! More

He researched and thoroughly checked out the car from top to bottom , found the noise and promptly repaired it ! Service department & General Manager Terrible/NO Service I had a problem unlocking my car. I was in a shopping center parking lot on 1/31. I called the dealership service department and no one was availabl I had a problem unlocking my car. I was in a shopping center parking lot on 1/31. I called the dealership service department and no one was available to help me but they WOULD call me back. An hour and 55 minutes later my son stopped by with the other set of keys and the door opened. I sent a letter on 2/3 to Mr. Brijen, Managing partner about the poor/lack of service I received. No response. i sent Mr.Brijen another letter on 3/3. Todate. 5/4 no response from The Managing Partner, Mr. Brijen. When the lease terminates...guess what? Get my net car elsewhere. More
