Our 2020 Chevy broke down just after Christmas and all the dealers were telling us one to three weeks just to look at the car. We are from out of town and there was no way the whole family could stay for the dealers were telling us one to three weeks just to look at the car. We are from out of town and there was no way the whole family could stay for a week waiting for a repair. I explained our situation to the service department and they agreed to get us in on a walk-in basis and try to look at the car as soon as they could. They got the diagnostics done in a few hours and then the repair done the next morning. They were amazing! They turned a disaster into an inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate what they did for us. They even had detailed instructions for the late-night tow truck drop-off to make sure the car was available as soon as a technician was free (it wasn't their fault that it took 12 hours for the tow company to actually show up for the tow, it was AAA's fault!)
