Did not push the higher priced vehicle just to make a bigger sale. Wanted to know our reasons for each, understood our needs and helped us make the decision based on needs and not wants. Absolutely exceptional service. Did not care it was closing time, did not feel rushed, and very very satisfied in what can be a painful experience, this was nothing but pain free, worry free experience and that is why Tom will be at the top of the list for us when we return to Advatage BB for the next purchase. Thank you Tom. And then to finance, I have never had such a fun experience while signing paperwork that's going to cost me money, lol. But that is exactly what Ryan Sitter provided. It was after closing time. Yet not a peep about wanting to get out of there. Explained everything , even tried to go out if his way to transfer plates after the fact!! Even though it didn't work. He tried every avenue available and that was great. Again made a sometimes painful experience fun!! Thank you Ryan for a very fun experience.
