He was knowledgeable of the car's features and was able to answer all of our questions. The purchasing process was efficient. Ryan Sitter worked with us on the financing and explained everything to us very well. We were able to purchase the warranty that best meets our needs. We still have no resolution for the requested hands-free repair. Unfortunately, the repair that was completed didn’t resolve the issue. We’re still waiting on a resolution from the mechanic.
