AWFUL PEOPLE I have never been to Advantage Chevy but i can tell you i will never step foot on their property again!!!! While i was driving home on I55, a giant p I have never been to Advantage Chevy but i can tell you i will never step foot on their property again!!!! While i was driving home on I55, a giant piece of tire came flying our from under a semi and i ran over it resulting in my chevy trailblazer getting a flat tire. it happed right before i was getting off I55 onto 53 so i was able to get to the BP gas station right NEXT to Advantage. I thought, HOW FREAKING CONVENIENT. I walked over to ask someone for help putting my spare on because my tire was too flat to drive on and i didn't want to ruin my rim. all i wanted to do was get help to put my spare on so i could drive over there to get a new tire. The Service writer told me they do not have a towing company in the building so she will have to call one i said WOAH you are NOT towing my car. i am not paying hundreds of dollars for you to take my car across the parking lot. she said the technicians wouldn't be able to help me because they are union so they wouldn't get paid for it and if something happened the union wouldn't cover it. Fine, i get that. But i said, nobody else in this building can walk across the parking lot and help me??? she said she would be right back ... she was gone for literally 2 minutes, came back and totally disregarded the fact i was even standing there. NOBODY in that building helped not a service advisor, manager, salesman, porter, nobody. More
