He was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions in order to find the vehicle that fit my family and budget. Then, after a great experience with John, I worked with Ryan Sitter the finance manager who was amazing! I can honestly say that he was genuine and helpful. He explained every item line by line and even explained that I could get money back from my trade in warranty. On his request, I came back with my used car warranty info the next day and he did all the work to get me 2K back! Who even does that these days? Usually they sell you and forget you.
