After one day of buying the 2020 blazer, the check engine light came on and my tire pressure was always low on two tires even after filling with air. I go to the service center on 12/30 and explained the iss light came on and my tire pressure was always low on two tires even after filling with air. I go to the service center on 12/30 and explained the issues that I know of to Patrick, who did everything he could to help me out. I leave after being serviced and drove 15-20 miles and my car is telling me I have two flat tires. I called asap because I just left the service center and they tell me to come back. I fill up my tires to 38 psi and head back to the Hodgkins Chevy. Once I arrive with the tires flat, Patrick and another employee look at my tires trying to figure out the problem. The service center did amazing at finding and correcting the issues. It was an inconvenience to 1, even to be serviced a couple days after buying a new Certified car and then 2, to be serviced the same day after being told all the issues were resolved. This was stressful because the whole time I was wondering if I made the right choice purchasing the car. The service center and employees were all a great help but It was a great inconvenience to keep coming back after the car was advertised as a certified almost brand new vehicle. I’m not sure who or what department of Chevy this falls under but Patrick and company helped tremendously so that I have my car back before the long New Years weekend. Thank you. More
