Communication was an issue. The sales rep did not stay in touch w me through the process. No temporary plates ( I purchased on line & out of state). I contracted w a transport company not affiliated w the dealer ( they were excellent). When the vehicle arrived there was no temporary license plate, no owners manual. Despite several calls regarding how to proceed I never received a call back from the sales person. A person in finance got back to me and apologized that he did not get back to me sooner and acknowledged that paperwork should have been explained & a temporary license plate should have been provided. Price was competitive but communication was marginal. More
