Went there to drop my car off to get the Protector package added on my new purchase. When the dealership called I told them that I would need a loaner car because I couldn’t wait. It took about 30 m package added on my new purchase. When the dealership called I told them that I would need a loaner car because I couldn’t wait. It took about 30 min for them to get me that car when I dropped mine off. Honda takes about 5 min. I didn’t expect to be waiting that long just to get a car to drive to work. I would have scheduled a weekend service had I known. More

I felt that I was treated fairly when purchasing a vehicle as I was not discriminated against in any way, however, there were extra fees that I was not made aware of upon arriving to the dealership. I had a pre-approved loan from Capital One and it was off by about 3k and some change than what I had intended on paying. I had to pay a "certified pre-owned fee", a cleaning fee and a few other fees that jacked up the price of the car. It is a very nice car and I feel that there should not have been any hidden fees when purchasing a vehicle and I feel as if there were a lot of hidden fees. More
