I had my trucks transmission flushed and filter replaced, the flush and filter was fine, but they forgot to put 2 nuts back on a transmission mount. This made noise while driving, which is how I discovered t the flush and filter was fine, but they forgot to put 2 nuts back on a transmission mount. Coincidentally, the technicians went on strike for 2 months the next day, so I had to wait for 2 months to get them to fix their mistake. The service manager, Felipe, was awesome about the whole issue with me and even gave me a loaner to use while they were fixing it, but this issue should have NEVER happened in the first place. 2 inexpensive little nuts can cause a lot of damage to a comparably expensive vehicle. Attention to details and the task at hand was not their forte that day. More

Made the appointment a month+ in advance, necessary parts to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. This is hugely inconvenient, takes multiple hours out of my day, had to rearrange kids' carpool schedule, etc. and is entirely and easily avoidable. More
