I've never liked the car buying experience but Bobby Alanis, desk mgr, and Caitlyn Shelton, sales, at Advantage Chevrolet changed all of that! I was helping a lady, who recently lost her husband, purcha Alanis, desk mgr, and Caitlyn Shelton, sales, at Advantage Chevrolet changed all of that! I was helping a lady, who recently lost her husband, purchase a newer used car. Caitlyn and Bobby did an unbelievable job and went out of their way to make this the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I'm in my middle seventies and have bought over 80 autos in my lifetime. I couldn't recommend Caitlyn more highly! I also might add, I drove from Indiana to Illinois to assist this lady in making this purchase. More

I recently had to bring my car in for service. My power steering went out. My contact person was Clinton. Due to the safety nature of my car issue, I was allowed to drop off my car immediately, although steering went out. My contact person was Clinton. Due to the safety nature of my car issue, I was allowed to drop off my car immediately, although they could not work on it until the next day. Clinton kept me informed throughout the day and I had my car back in no time, good as new. I love the new video inspection process. More

Great service!! Had to go on vacation in a week and needed something fixed on my 2021 Tahoe. The part still had not came in and I was leaving in 2 days.
