When my previous dealership was sold I tried Advantage Chevrolet and bought a 2011 I have owned Chevy s for years and I care about sales and service. When my previous dealership was sold I tried Advantage Chevrolet and bought a 2011 Malibu that really fits my every need. I liked the experience so much that I brought a friend who was a solid BMW gal and needed a work car. She bought a Sonic and we were both surprised at the great ride for a car that is an "Economy car' The stereo is great and no pressure sales were what really impressed me when I bought my Malibu and my friend when she bought her 2nd Sonic from them, Delivery is due next week as soon as they put in the sun roof she likes so much, I also have to admit to having 2 hot dogs LOL. The new manager is great to work with. go meet her if you want she wants us to be happy with the investment we make. We did get good deals and a good deal more. We have a dealer we can trust. More

Very bad experience I went to service with check engine light they told me $130for diagnostic but it will be applied towards repair. They called me few minutes later wit I went to service with check engine light they told me $130for diagnostic but it will be applied towards repair. They called me few minutes later with oxigon sensor and told me $500 for repair. I told them that ther is something wrong because oxygen sensor is like$ 85 and is easy to replace , service guy told me its $250part and 2 hours of work. So I decline it I went next day and talk supervisor the price of part with labor went to $150 ( that is what I was thinking ) but now it's plus $130 for diagnostic that the say they would apapplie towards repair . I came in to get my Equinox serviced and the bill came out to be higher t First of all I want to say that my experience with the dealership was great. I came in to get my Equinox serviced and the bill came out to be higher than what I expected. I got approached by what I thought was a service writer but it turned out to be a young lady whose name was Britany that was explaining me about this vehicle exchange program and that I was able to use that bill towards a down payment on a new vehicle. I was kinda skeptic at first but I gave it a try anyways and that is when I met my sales consultant Miguel. This guy gave me great customer service, was very patient, and his product knowledge was incredible but the best thing was that he got us out of their in a flash literally. We were suppose to go to a concert and he got us out in about an hour and a half right on time for us to get to the concert. I felt comfortable at Advantage and I will recommend it to anyone and everyone!!! This place rocks!!! More
