I scheduled the work with Cynthia Tena, service consultant. My independent mechanic is retiring this February. After the warranty period I never used the dealers service dept. I have decided to try Advantage Chevrolet service dept. The usual gof, rotate tires, replace original battery. Work was completed on time with what I consider a fair price. When picking up the vehicle I discussed future service with Ms. Tena. I was told at certain mile markers I would be notified about recommended/required service. I tow my boat quite often with this vehicle. If Advantage keeps maint. records, notifies me for additional services needed. This could be a very good service arrangement. More

Owen the service tech was very polite and went out of his way to explain the details of my tire purchase. The service manager helped me use My points towards my bill which was so helpful. Mostly curtious staff. I am sure I paid more than I would have at a small shop instead of going to the dealership. However, my problem was fixed quickly.
