I had an appointment for 1:30 pm. I checked in at 1:24 pm to pick up and install my second Key Fob that was missing from the date of sale. I checked in and was told it shouldn't take that long. I went to the service counter to find out what the hold up is. My original service writer was nowhere to be found. I asked at the Gentleman in the next window (Alex Becker) if he could help me, he looked for my paperwork and found it laying on the other guys counter closed out. He got the keys from the keyboard checked my paperwork said it was ready and he's not sure why they didnt page me to get the paperwork, keys and car. All the buttons on the Key Fob worked fine. If you have to make an appointment for service and they know what your coming in for and tell you "it shouldn't take longer than an hour" and they know you'll be waiting it shouldn't take over Three and 1/2 hours. More

Everyone I deal with at this dealer is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking with Valerie when I need service. During my recent visit, I asked how long the job would take. He told me about an hour and a half, and that's almost exactly how long it took. I always feel very well taken care of. More
