Poor communication. Very difficult to get clear answers and understanding. I repeatedly asked the same questions seeking the same information. This has been a repeat occurrence of me having to chase the staff for answers and updates. Oh, and when you ask too many questions, the responses come with an attitude and unpleasant tone. For the future, I am not confident that my issue will be resolved when scheduling a repair appointment. I can confidently say that they will provide a list of "recommended" services that need attention without any clarification or explanation how this addresses my initial problem. And in my experiences, it didn't. It was an exhausting process having to contact the same individuals and state the same problem repeatedly. More

Ms. Salcido was a good service advisor. However, I was sent the wrong diagnostic pictures from another customer, I didn’t realize that it was not mine so I sent Ms. Salcido and email 2x so she can send me sent the wrong diagnostic pictures from another customer, I didn’t realize that it was not mine so I sent Ms. Salcido and email 2x so she can send me the diagnostic images of my car. I called but up to this time, she hasn’t responded to my email. Felipe the manager also sent me a text and was hoping to hear from him, nonetheless he also did not respond so he can at least check why my email or concern was not responded to but he didn’t. The mechanic also did not communicate to Ms. Emily ( accdg to her) that my wiper blade was not ordered, I kept waiting and was told by Emily that it has to be ordered from which I have been waiting for a long time and was told that it will only take a few minutes and my car will be done. After that, the wrong size of the wiper blade was delivered so they have to reorder again. The second one when they have to reorder the wiper blade, it was already the right size. It didn’t take the mechanic a long time and it was placed at a short period of time. Otherwise, I can say Ms Emily was nice and she communicated with me about the delay. It was just about the email and the office call that she didn’t respond. I hope the manager Felipe is also sensitive to the customer’s concern so he can make a service recovery. I paid you guys over $2000 for you to look at my car you fixed three doors in the driver door feels like it’s still gonna pull off. Owen was the only one I actually saw and interacted with, but I believe the service adviser is a good reflection of Advantage Chevrolet. Very satisfied. More
