Richard was very nice and helpful to us. He found us the right car and took care of everything. Great salesman! Finance didn't explain the added $600+ cost at the end for CT registration, He found us the right car and took care of everything. Great salesman! Finance didn't explain the added $600+ cost at the end for CT registration, just saying that was how much it costed for CT registration. According to CT DMV, it only costs ~$200. I would understand a $100 fee for processing, but a $400+ fee doesn't make sense. This $400+ fee doesn't even include the $175 dealer fee for "processing". Everything else was great. Nothing against Richard (the salesman), he did a wonderful job. But, we would've liked a more detailed explanation of the added registration costs. More
