Great customer service, all around! Went in for an oil change and i was there for 3.5 hours, I think they thought I was not there perhaps? That being said, I believe it was a misunderstanding. Dropped my car off at 7am for an inspection and 30,000 mile check-up. Celine, my Service Manager, called me about 30 minutes after drop-off to tell me I needed front brakes done as well.
