I have been going to this dealership for over 30 years and this time I was not happy. It took them over a week to get the part in and what makes it worst. I was not kept informed .My mother had passed awa and this time I was not happy. It took them over a week to get the part in and what makes it worst. I was not kept informed .My mother had passed away which made it really essential that I needed my car and I had to rent a car to take care of the things I needed to do. i don't think I will be coming back for service or purchasing my new car from here. I was informed that if I pay for the diagnosis of my car and I resolve the issue with Toyota I would not need to pay for the diagnosis. I was called by Andy who Informed me that I need a battery and stated and I resolve the issue with Toyota I would not need to pay for the diagnosis. I was called by Andy who Informed me that I need a battery and stated I would need to pay half instead. I confronted him and he became rude when I asked why is that . He the informed me that a camera I had in my car is why the battery is draining and to be sure they will hold it overnight. Andy called me in the morning and informed me to pick my car up I then explained to him I’m still not comfortable about the billing and he stated that I can pay the full 150 but he not refunding the 150 and the cost of the battery. He then stated he can remove my battery And I would need to get a a jump start from outside cause he would make sure non of the guys at Toyota would help me.I then hung up asked for a manager,who I spoke to by Xavier who did nothing to resolve my issues . I feel the best resolution is to trade my car in to another dealer as I just got it January and there is too many obstacles I have been having, they don’t wash your car and use corona as a excuse.The sales representative are rude and no issues are never resolved. I was referred to the dealership and specific sales rep by a friend. Chris was very professional and took immediately to hearing out what I was looking for in my new toyota. He is the type of sales rep that I would definitely follow up with when I have questions during my lease term. The one thing that was a bit frustrating was that I expected to pay a specific amount as a down payment which was dramatically different from what I winded up paying although the final lease term payments were at my desired price.
