I waited over 4 hours for my car to be serviced... but I was disappointed with no oil change... even though my car was at that 5300 mileage... WHY was it not changed? No communication. It took 2 days for service to be completed. No updates. Wrong completion time given. I had to wait 8 hours on the second day for my vehicle. No updates.
