I was not kept informed. I called and text number provided however never got a response. I had to keep going to Travis' office at least 3 times to get updates. I would have liked to be given the option of leaving and returning another time at the dealership to complete the work. I didn't hear until the end that a machine had broken down causing delays. Communication is key! More

The car was kept for more than a week but still was not ready, there was 4x4 part which got replaced under warranty but the car was not tested for 10 hrs as per the Toyota protocol. Mechanic misplaced my w ready, there was 4x4 part which got replaced under warranty but the car was not tested for 10 hrs as per the Toyota protocol. Mechanic misplaced my wheel lock key and despite several calls there is no help so am stuck. Ridiculous behavior. More
