This dealership experience was beyond terrible! Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't Andy, the so-called "Service Manager," proved to be the most deceitful person I've ever encountered. After dropping off my car on Tuesday, it wasn't returned to me until eight days later, with no updates whatsoever during that time. Whenever I tried to contact them for information, I was either put on hold indefinitely or Andy disconnected the call. Despite his claims that the technicians were diligently working on my car, I found it parked in the same spot every time I checked. When I finally got my car back, Andy had the audacity to quote me $13,000 for repairs, suggesting I should just buy a new car instead. He even questioned why I wouldn't let my insurance cover the cost, knowing it would raise my premiums. Then, when I asked about trading in my car, they offered a mere $15,000, despite its actual value being $27,000 according to Kelley Blue Book and other sources. This experience left me feeling disrespected and utterly disgusted. I will never do business with them again, and I sincerely hope Andy faces the consequences for his actions. This incident not only cost me financially but also caused me to miss eight days of work, as this is my primary work vehicle.
