My appointment was at 8:40AM, And I didn’t receive my car back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitti back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitting in the dealership all morning until noon without giving me any update that my car wasn’t being worked on that day.. The service advisor then told me he will call me the next day which didn’t happened, to schedule me with the same technician working on my car. How is it my car been sitting all day without me being updated. Now I have to reschedule and miss another day of work to sit in the dealership all day or wait to heard no update. Advantage Toyota Valley Stream need better communication between Service advisor and customers cause it should be no way I have schedule appointment my car cannot be seen. More
I was suggested to change a tire and pay $300+ when I could actually pay $25 to fix it, which I did. Shame on you guys! You never miss an opportunity. Upon my arrival I was met by Celine who has been my advisor from the start. I was there for the NYS inspection, but she also had the usual full service done since I had already used 4 of the 5 free se advisor from the start. I was there for the NYS inspection, but she also had the usual full service done since I had already used 4 of the 5 free services and my 5th was going to expire in a week. That was something I was not aware of so her following my account saved me a bundle of money. Now that is the mark of an excellent service advisor who truly cares about the customer. She’s the BEST !!!! More
Came in July 27th, 2022 for state inspection. Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. The pump was supposedly replaced. Service advisor from my July appointment did not follow through as promised. Had to leave car at dealership as the parts were not available and was told vehicle would be ready July 28th. Advised that I am a flight attendant I would be out of town July 28th-30th and can pick up the vehicle Sunday, July 31st. Advisor said he would call on the 28th to collect payment and vehicle would be left out front and keys would be left with sales as the service dept would closed. Came to pick up my car and waited an hour because keys was not left with sales and my car had to be looked for. Poor service, corrupted dealership. More
While the service was good, the previous visit before this last one stated that i needed to replace the cabin air filter. I never did. I forgot.
