I was given an incorrect diagnostic (total of $250) for my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I nee my AC system where the technician stated I needed a new compressor at an estimate of $1500 + tax. I went to a different dealer when in fact all I needed was a new clutch compressor for the AC system and is now all fixed. I’m very disappointed in the service as I feel they were trying to take advantage of me. More
My service rep was great did a 15,000 mile service when I got home only to realise that the mechanic who worked on my Highlander did not replace the guard under the front right wheel properly and it was rubb got home only to realise that the mechanic who worked on my Highlander did not replace the guard under the front right wheel properly and it was rubbing against the wheel when I drive. I have no idea what that had to do with my service that the mechanic had to touch it. also the fluids was not top off as promised in the contract. More

I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I CAN TRUST THEIR SERVICE DEPT. I TOOK MY TACOMA FOR AN OIL CHANGE & WAS TOLD THAT CABIN FILTER REQUIRED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I PERSONALLY CHANGED CABIN FILTER LESS THAN 3 WEEKS I TOOK MY TACOMA FOR AN OIL CHANGE & WAS TOLD THAT CABIN FILTER REQUIRED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. I PERSONALLY CHANGED CABIN FILTER LESS THAN 3 WEEKS BEFORE WITH A PURE FLOW PC5644x. NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPT. REMOVED THE CONTENTS OF THE GLOVE BOX TO SEE IT WAS NEW. More
