I needed a Tire replacement due to a road hazard. I got there and was promised 1 hour. Sadly I walked outside and hour later and my car was never taken in they finally took it in and fortunately got me out there and was promised 1 hour. I was disappointed to spend $196 to replace one tire with a car that only had 12,000 miles on it More

I called Al Hendrickson and made an appointment. When I arrived, Mr.Jarrett Elder Sr. was available to attend me. He told me that a lot of recalls would need to be done in my car and it would take a long t arrived, Mr.Jarrett Elder Sr. was available to attend me. He told me that a lot of recalls would need to be done in my car and it would take a long time: few hours. So a driver took me back home and when it was time, a driver came to pick me up. When I arrived Mr.Jarrett Elder Sr. had my papework done and all the service needed was also done. Everything was done with quality and attention to details. I'm a costumer for 3 year and I highly recommend this place! More
