Unprofessionalism from salesman I was telemarketed continuously from different sales people here reading off basically a script. I finally gave one of the salesman the opportunity to I was telemarketed continuously from different sales people here reading off basically a script. I finally gave one of the salesman the opportunity to hear him out and he invited me there the next day. We agreed to half hour presentation no longer will I sit around. He assured me, then text me to confirm 2x which I did reply and confirm. I take off early from work the next day go see him, I show up a few minutes Early and to no avail it is this guys day off. I walk out of the dealership not willing to start over with another salesman. I call the guy who made the appt with me and he is like “o yeah I am off today when can you come back” are u kidding me I had already told him I went to Toyota of Vero Beach which was so accommodating and no pressure and priced really on the button but he wanted opportunity to beat the deal and have me shop locally. When I pulled up there was 7 hooligans in parking lot looking like sharks waiting to attack and as I exited my car I hear them saying I said I got the black car when he pulled into parking lot. It’s my chance. That made me feel uncomfortable to begin with. Shows a very unethical mannerism of sales people and from the look inside the showroom doesn’t not feel comfortable. I have shopped here in the past but will not return as I requested Al JR to contact me and have not received an apology directly from him After I left I called the mgr and wanted reassurance I will no longer receive harassing phone calls daily which is unacceptable and I will not tolerate it any longer Al Jr secretary assured me of this. 5 minutes later I get a harassing phone call from yet another scamming salesman at this dealership not even 5 minutes. I am amazed at the unprofessionalism More

3RD CHANCE WAS NOT A CHARM We had come to this dealership for service since it was closer to our new house than Lipton. The service area is OUTSIDE and the dealership as a whole We had come to this dealership for service since it was closer to our new house than Lipton. I felt like every time they tried to up-sell me and better yet because the lot is so crowed someone hit my car in the lot while it was being serviced so now there is an accident on the Carfax. Luckily it was a lease so we gave it back no questions asked, but we would have probably bought it if that didn't happen. While we were there they said come on in since you lease is almost up and we will see what we can do. We told them where we wanted to be and they were no where close. We ended up buying a Subaru instead. Our next lease was up a few months later and we figured we would give them one more shot since they were having a "BIG SALE" and we missed out van. As soon as you pull up the vultures are outside waiting to smother you. We waited 45 minutes for them to FIND the vehicle from a lot 10 miles away and then when it was brought it had a "handicap assist chair" which we did not need. Then they tried to sell us one that was a yucky green color. We did not want, but as we were pulling away the sales guy and finance manager come out and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. I left a deposit, since we had to be somewhere, and had already been there 3 hours, and 5 minutes later we received a call saying he can't do the deal. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Just an overall bad experience here. More

My Toyota was part of a recall for the frame and another local dealershi Al Hendrickson Toyota gave me the best customer experience I have ever had! My Toyota was part of a recall for the frame and another local dealership in town said it was perfectly fine and there was nothing that needed to be done. I called the corporate offices who then referred me to Al Hendrickson Toyota for another inspection. Not only did they replace my frame but also various other parts as well. They even made sure that I was immediately put into a rental car since the safety of my vehicle was in question. Norman Frantz, The service manager, was courteous friendly and kept me informed Of the entire process. I would never go to another dealership other than Al Hendrickson Toyota! More

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE I can see now why ppl complain so much about this place I've serviced my vehicle here 2 times! And wonder why are they even in business.
