Do not honor coupon discount I received in the mail a coupon for synthetic oil change for $29.99 for a four cylinder car. I went to the dealer and I presented the coupon to the se I received in the mail a coupon for synthetic oil change for $29.99 for a four cylinder car. I went to the dealer and I presented the coupon to the service tech and he said no problem. 1 hour later my car was ready and oh surprise the total amount of the bill was $45.94. I told the cashier that this is wrong because I have a coupon and she tolne that the coupon do not include labor and parts. So the only discount I received was $8 and not what the coupon display. The coupon clearly said $29.99 synthetic oil change and of course you asume that this is the total plus taxes. My recommendation is that next time ask for the total amount at from to avoid "surprises" at the end. More
