I was told that I was buying a car with 20,000 miles. After signing all the financial paperwork and paid my deposit I went home with the car. I woke up to drive to work and noticed the car had 42,000 miles on the dashboard. I immediately reached out to the sales representative. He reached out to his manager who told me to bring back the car and that they would stop the loan. I went in the following day and was told that the loan already went through and they first said to keep the car for a few months and then try to trade it in. I was then told that they would try to trade it for a next car but I needed to put more deposit down. I refused to that and was told they would need time to work on it. Still waiting. More

The issue was with mirrors, mirrors did not adjust when in reverse moving backwards. ECU was replaced, but then remote and mobile app stopped to work. I brought my truck back to service, they fixed remote, in reverse moving backwards. ECU was replaced, but then remote and mobile app stopped to work. I brought my truck back to service, they fixed remote, but mirrors are not working again. I have to bring it back again. Every time I come to the dealership it costs me $15 for uber ride. Now it is going to be at least $45 instead of $15. This dealership wastes lots of my time and also costs me money. Also, after the last service about a month ago I noticed that steering wheel significantly shakes at a speed of $65mph and the truck is pulling to the right. I reported this issue to the service center and replied "we did not find anything". So, they made it worse and now I have to spent my time and efforts to convince them to fix what they broke. Summary of my experience: they do not fix at first attempt, they break something else, they do not admit. More
