Worst oil change visit, ever. I've been coming there for service for 5 yrs, since I bought the car at Al H. To wait 4 hours on a Saturday morning for a 20-30m job is obscene a I've been coming there for service for 5 yrs, since I bought the car at Al H. To wait 4 hours on a Saturday morning for a 20-30m job is obscene and is shows a very poor lack of coordination within your service dept to apply resources where they are needed based on the scheduled work. That is, when I booked the apt, I specified oil change, as I'm sure others did as well. So, the service people knew how many oil changes were coming in that day. Why can't you allocate resources to meet those needs to get people in /out faster? I dropped my car off at 9:11am, and finally got the bill just before 1pm. Worst yet, your service manager (Herman) and my service coordinator (Christos) tried to blame the delay on me, for coming in on a Saturday morning! Their response was for me bring it in at 7am next time. I make the effort to travel 20min to get to your dealership for service, and I didn't get any sense of business appreciation. I can make an apt at Firestone and have it done, on a Saturday, within 1 hour. Going forward, I paid for a BOGO oil change, so I'll be back in 7 months. I'll give you another chance. You haven't disappointed me this badly in my past visits, so maybe it won't happen again. But, if I get the same treatment, I'll have to start going elsewhere.
