Service was slower and very little customer interaction with general staff. No greeting from multiple service people passing by, including the guy who hopped in my car and drove to the next station. Waited with general staff. No greeting from multiple service people passing by, including the guy who hopped in my car and drove to the next station. Waited 20 minutes for shuttle service, then when checking status was told it would be another 15 minutes due to a break. I left and walked to the EC plaza bart station faster than the time I spent waiting in your lounge. More
