I came i to have an oil change and to check items that I considered on my extended warranty. I had to pay for the diagnosis, which I did not want to, but I thought the diagnosis was thorough. All good, except they told me the car wouldn't be done until five, so I Ubered home and they texted me right as I got home that the car was done. I would have gone for coffee and stayed near the service c until five, so I Ubered home and they texted me right as I got home that the car was done. I would have gone for coffee and stayed near the service center....glad they were quick, but knowing they would be quick would have saved me a 30 dollar uber. More
We love the good people at Albany Subaru. They have provided us with excellent service for the last 7 years. I even drive all the way from Castro Valley because you have been so good to us. However for the first time something does not feel right for us. The battery is dying for second time. And is was explained to me that I need to get an extended warranty. And that the car would need a new battery and a retrofit. If you check our records an software upgrade regarding the battery was missed. We had the car battery die on us 3 times. Twice in our driveway, we have roadside assistance thru our insurance, but the 3rd time we were out and told we would have to wait an 1 1/2 hr,. for help. This has been the only real problem we have had and to us you are passing this problem on to us. In our minds this should be a recall. I have voiced our displeasure to the excellent service rep. that recently helped us. Please get back to us. Ted & Mayona Rucker More
