scheduled a visit to get my tire fixed and to do the recall reprogramming of my Solterra. When I arrived I was told that they cant do the reprogramming on Saturday, when, as I told the representative recall reprogramming of my Solterra. Didn't replace the sealant bottle, if I didn't ask they would have happily let me drive off without a spare or a sealant bottle in the car, so god help me if I got a flat in a spot with no cell coverage. Then they looked and did not have that part in stock. Its like the trying to work with the three stooges! More

Usually a good experience except last two times with James Madison. Simple tasks done wrong. Could have been tech people too-releasing car without checking it.
