A few weeks ago i called to make an appointment and was told I could just walk in no appt necessary for an express service. I went online to make an appointment and the first thing I see is no appoint necessary for walk ins. The marketing feels false and is a waste of time when you can’t actually walk in for service. I'll give 4 star to the dealership but 5 star for our sales asdociate Rick Riise. Rick help me and my during the dealing process with ease and care.
