Service center was quick with diagnostic and was quick to order parts. No immediate available date to follow up but is understandable. The issue I had was requesting to get a loaner. Initially was told by order parts. No immediate available date to follow up but is understandable. The issue I had was requesting to get a loaner. Initially was told by first advisor they would setup a loaner when the parts came in as the car is not drivable for a week by then already; and would take a few days before they can replace with new parts. However was told later by the loaner coordinator that they won’t have one till 2 weeks later, which was disappointing. Ended up having to rent and use GIG car to get around for almost 2 weeks. Minor item was my new wiper blade which still had the protective cover on. The technician had mentioned to first advisor, but was not relayed to me till the second time I brought the car back in for actual replacement by the second advisor. More

Alan was my technician for routine maintenance on my 2019 Forester. He was fantastic. I did not make a "Rapid turn around" appointment (forgot what it is actually called) and needed oil change, tires rotat Forester. He was fantastic. I did not make a "Rapid turn around" appointment (forgot what it is actually called) and needed oil change, tires rotated and engine checked out. He was able to get me in and out of there in about 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and kept us up to date on our cars progress by text. This is the reason I am going to stick with the brand, and stay with Albany Subaru. More
