Alfa Strongsville is awesome! They were very responsive with my out of state accommodations. Alfadoug is so knowledgeable and goes over and beyond. Michael DeSalvo is not part of the service department, but when I needed help with my fiat on a Saturday and the service department was closed, Mr. DeSalvo stepped up and solved my problem for me. We spent about two hours on the problem, and he just wouldn't quit until it was solved. I'm sure that this is over-and-above his normal management duties. More
