This was the second time I leased a vehicle from Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville. With my first I developed a friendly relationship with my salesman Doug Friedman. Doug answered many questions may have a Romeo Fiat of Strongsville. With my first I developed a friendly relationship with my salesman Doug Friedman. Doug answered many questions may have arose during the term of the lease. One noticeable difference that worth mentioning this time around is how super fast every step of the lease was handled including delivery of my vehicle to my residence in Louisiana. The car was picked up from the dealership on a Friday, and I had possession of it in the evening on Saturday. Vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. Another noticeable difference this time around and that I truly loved was the fact that I need not go to the DMV to register the car like I had to do on my previous lease. This has eliminated many frustrating steps that involved having to chase many documents from the leasing company, which took days, to complete the registration. Two thumbs up for this last change alone as I almost ran out of time on my temporary license plate on my previous leased vehicle before the leasing company forwarded the needed paper works to the local DMV. It was a nightmare having to deal with them via phone, fax, and email to get tit done. This by itself shows that Alfa Romeo Fiat of Strongsville has made this improvement to simplify transaction for its clients. It is most appreciated! This review was well deserved. First, my car was in the shop for 3 weeks - and come to find out it was just an oil chnage. (along with a recall for side-airbags... that I never knew about.)
