Alfa Strongsville is awesome! They were very responsive with my out of state accommodations. Alfadoug is so knowledgeable and goes over and beyond. Michael DeSalvo is not part of the service department, but when I needed help with my fiat on a Saturday and the service department was closed, Mr. DeSalvo stepped up and solved my problem for me. We spe but when I needed help with my fiat on a Saturday and the service department was closed, Mr. DeSalvo stepped up and solved my problem for me. We spent about two hours on the problem, and he just wouldn't quit until it was solved. I'm sure that this is over-and-above his normal management duties. More

When I located this 2022 Grand Cherokee I sat on it for several days before I made an Initial Inquiry about the availability of it within a day or two I was contacted by Leon Chea several phone conversatio several days before I made an Initial Inquiry about the availability of it within a day or two I was contacted by Leon Chea several phone conversations were had between the two of us along with several appointments that were & canceled due too scheduling conflicts during the process I never felt pressured or hounded later during the week I was finally able to make it it to tye Dealership and look the vehicle over and take it on a test drive, during the test drive I was hooked on this vehicle that's when I made the decision to purchase it. The Finance Manager James Pena shopped around checking various Banks and Finance Companies to find me the best deal possible which I was very appreciative of that. More
